Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing to the following address:

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Any damaged, incomplete, or used product will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the seller or a defective product.


3. Refunds

In the event of a valid return, a refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt and verification of the returned products.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Non-Refundable Products

Certain products are non-refundable, including:

* Personalized or custom-made products
* Digital content (downloads, audio files, etc.) once downloaded
* Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons


5. Defective Products or Order Errors

In the event of a defective product or an error in the order, the customer is asked to contact customer service within fourteen (14) days of receipt. After verification, an exchange or refund may be offered, at no additional cost to the customer.​​

 

 

6. Delay or Non-Refund

If the refund has not been received within the stated timeframe, the customer is advised to:

 

* Check their bank account
* Contact their bank
