Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days from payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Areas
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery is available in France and internationally, unless otherwise specified on the website.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only:
* Europe: 5 to 10 business days
* Asia: 3 to 7 business days
* America: 5 to 10 business days
These times may vary depending on the carrier and logistical conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order. The amount is specified before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided to the customer after the order is shipped, allowing them to track its delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
The seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure, or any event beyond its control.
7. Loss or Damage
In the event of loss or damage to the package during transport, the customer is asked to contact customer service as soon as possible so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
8. Packages Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, it is the customer's responsibility to check with third parties (neighbors, concierge, pickup point). No claim can be processed without this prior verification.
9. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided. The seller cannot be held liable for any input errors that result in non-delivery.
