General Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by Collision to the customer via this website.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described in the sales materials. Collision strives to present the products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Collision reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Ordering
All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing the order.
Collision reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made by credit card and PayPal.
The order will only be validated upon receipt of full payment.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms are defined in the Delivery Policy available on the sales platform.
Collision cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete.
8. Returns and Refunds
In the event of a valid return, the refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
9. Liability
Collision shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order processing.
It is processed in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements (texts, images, designs, content) are the exclusive property of Collision, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
